To immerse myself in the project, I first held a meeting with to learn about our client’s vision for her brand, goals, and how success will measured before the initial launch.

I leveraged the beta version of the app to conduct individual heuristic evaluations with the team.
To further validate our findings, I closely monitored a group of first-time users who assumed the role of Learners on the app.
